Farao (NO)

Norwegian Farao has settled in London, but her idiosyncratic folk/pop tunes have remained Nordic. The recordings for her debut EP took place in Reykjavik, where her finger-played guitar sounds and hushed keyboard layers earned her a tour with the Icelandic songwriter Ásgeir around Europe. Generally speaking 2013 was a busy year for the gifted folk musician, who played 72 concerts in 13 countries.
